Are some or all of the issues/areas you want to explore related to traumatic experiences?
A traumatic experience is an event in which you either:
– experience an imminent threat to your life
– experience an imminent and severe threat to your bodily integrity
Or:
– bear witness to a traumatic event occurring to someone else
For some people who have experienced more than one traumatic event, it may be that they all blur into one overall sense of a traumatising period of time. This can make it hard to separate out a number of distinct traumatic events, and can often be an indicator of post-traumatic stress. For some people, each event stands out clearly and distinctly from the others.
Yes, my issues/areas relate to traumatic experiences
